Refund Policy
 
Please read and sign this Health + Fitness Waiver before participating in any activities with Marina Pozzi

  • I UNDERSTAND that participating in Pilates, training, health and fitness classes, therapies and workshops offered by Marina Pozzi (“Instructor”), I will receive information and instruction about movement and health and fitness programs. I recognize that fitness programs require physical exertion, which may be strenuous and may cause physical injury and I am fully aware of the risks and hazards involved.

  • I UNDERSTAND that it is my responsibility to consult with a physician prior to and regarding my participation in Pilates, training, health and fitness classes, programs, therapies and workshops. I represent and warrant that I am physically fit and I have no medical condition which would prevent my full participation in Pilates, training, health and fitness classes, programs, or workshops.

  • I UNDERSTAND that in consideration of being permitted to participate in Pilates, training, health and fitness classes, programs, or workshops, I agree to assume full responsibility for any risks, injuries, or damages, known or unknown, which I might incur as a result of participating in the program. In further consideration of being permitted to participate in the Pilates, training, health and fitness classes, programs, or workshops, I knowingly, voluntarily, and expressly waive any claim I may have against Marina Pozzi for injury or damages that I may sustain as a result of participating in the program.

  • I UNDERSTAND that I, my heirs, or legal representative forever release, waive, discharge, and covenant not to sue Marina Pozzi for any injury or death caused by negligence or other acts. I have read the above release and waiver liability and fully understand its contents. I voluntarily agree to the terms and conditions above. I further certify that the above information is correct and accurate.

 

OFF PREMISE - VIRTUAL AND ON DEMAND LIBRARY

  • I UNDERSTAND that all virtual sessions are held off-premise via FaceTime or Zoom and that use of the on-demand library is at my own risk/discretion. The Instructor has not inspected the condition of any of the client’s equipment and/or props that are used in each session. The equipment and props are maintained by the Client. The clauses set forth above in this agreement apply to Virtual sessions as well.

 
PAYMENT POLICY
Payments must be done in advance at the moment of the booking. Payments represent proof of confirmation and agreement to book; verbal or texted or emailed confirmations is not considered as an official way to book the appointment. We require payments in advance to rent the class. 
 
CANCELLATION POLICY

  • I UNDERSTAND that classes provided by Marina Pozzi have a 25-hour cancellation policy and cancellations made after this window will be charged the full session rate. No exceptions* will be made. 

Canceled appointments cannot be rescheduled and charges are applied with no exceptions. By canceling an appointment you agree to immediately and permanently cancel the appointment that will no longer be available. 
*Exceptions can be made evaluating case by case. Exceptions for rescheduled appointments may be permitted for the same day and only if there is a room available/if the instructor is available. Rescheduled appointments for the same day/for another day may be subjected to extra-fees for different rental times. 
By canceling, you agree that the time-slot will be released for other customers to book.

 
EXPIRATION POLICY and REFUND POLICY
Single classes purchases expire after 1 week. 
Packages (4 or 8 classes) purchases expire after 4 weeks.
Refunds of packages are not allowed unless there are existing health issues with proved by evidence or documented by a doctor.

 
LATE ARRIVAL POLICY 
Clients are expected to arrive on time for their scheduled appointments. Please plan to arrive earlier for any unforeseen delays. If a client arrives late, their appointment time will not be extended and the session will end at the originally scheduled appointment.
This policy aims to respect the time of all clients and maintain the smooth operation of the services provided by the instructor. 
Clients should notify as soon as possible if they anticipate being late for possible (but not granted) adjustments. Arrivals that are more than 15 minutes late may need to be rescheduled and are subjected to the late cancellation policy.

 
ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS

  • By checking this waiver, I AGREE to the above Terms and Conditions. I UNDERSTAND that typing my name in the section below represents my complete understanding of and agreement to the terms outlined herein.
